28 February 2020, Friday

According to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan adopted on February 26, one-time payments in the amount of 100 thousand rubles will be provided to residents of rural areas and urban-type settlements under the age of 29 at the birth of the third and each subsequent child.

“When we conducted the analysis, it turned out that only from 2016 to 2018 we had 124 women under 29 who gave birth not only to a third child, but they became mothers of the fourth, fifth, and sixth baby. Indeed, in order to restore social justice, the President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov made this absolutely positive decision, ”said the Minister of Labor, Employment and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan, Elmira Zaripova.

The Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan recalls that previously women with a rural residence permit of at least three years who gave birth after January 1, 2018 received 50 thousand rubles at the birth of the first child under the age of 25 years and 100 thousand rubles at the birth of a third child under the age of 29 years.

According to the amendments, now 100 thousand rubles will be paid to rural mothers at the birth of the third and each subsequent child.

As of February 21, 2020, a lump sum payment in the current year was already received by 322 residents of the villages of Tatarstan who gave birth to their first-born, and 86 women in whose families a third child was born. Since the beginning of the program in the Republic of Tatarstan, a total of 3,934 residents of the village and 792 rural women received payments.
