Forage preservation keeps going on in Sergey Yurkov’s peasant farm enterprise in Spasskiy district of the Republic of Tatarstan. Perennial grasses occupy 200 ha here.

“This year the work falls behind time due to incessant rains. However we are optimistic to make as much forage as we used to make”, - says Sergey Yurkov.

Perennial grasses are being cut out by Aleksey Shmagin, a mechanizer of the farm. In the nearest future, one more mechanizer – Alexander Pigalev – will join Aleksey Shmagin. At present he is hilling sunflowers together with Rinat Galyautdinov.
