Marat Zyabbarov discussed with the farms of the republic the most effective measures to support animal husbandry
Today, in the Vysokogorsky district of Tatarstan, a round table was held with the participation of the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov. The event was dedicated to the concept of the development of dairy farming for 2021-2030. The event was attended by the head of the Vysokogorsky district Rustam Kalimullin, the general director of the State Enterprise "Elita" Fannur Zaripov, the head of the State Budgetary Inspectorate for breeding in animal husbandry Rishat Zaripov, the head of the Main Veterinary Directorate of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan Almaz Khisamutdinov, the heads of the largest livestock enterprises of the Republic of Tatarstan and the heads of sales departments in the districts.
The event was held on the basis of the breeding enterprise "Elita", which dates back to 1977 and is one of the largest in Russia for the production and sale of semen of bull-producers. The director of the company Fannur Zaripov told about it.
The main objective of the enterprise is to improve the productive qualities of cattle by introducing artificial insemination methods using the most highly valued bulls. Unique techniques and advanced equipment allow to select individuals with the best quality indicators.
So, the laboratory for immunogenetic examination and selection control of milk quality has a system that allows you to simultaneously examine fat, protein, casein, lactose, dry residue, urea, lowering the freezing point, pH, screening ketosis and the number of somatic cells, with a capacity of 400 samples / hour; an analyzer for assessing the quality of raw milk, designed to measure the mass fraction of fat, protein, lactose and dry matter.
Also, on the territory of the enterprise, a unique feed laboratory was launched (there are analogues only in Moscow and the Rostov region), which allows a detailed analysis, up to the digestibility of feed.
During the meeting they discussed the prospects for the development of animal husbandry in the republic. “The world around us is changing rapidly, new technologies are being introduced to a greater extent with a focus on digitalization. In these conditions, we need to develop the most effective measures of state support for animal husbandry. As the center of the country's Muslim development, we must also take into account the production of halal livestock products. To do this, it must meet international quality standards, ”said Marat Zyabbarov.
During the meeting, proposals and the accumulated experience of leading farms of the republic and enterprises engaged in genetic and breeding work were discussed.
