Marat Zyabbarov discussed the results of the year and plans for 2021 with heads of regional departments of agriculture

Today, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov held a meeting with the heads of regional departments of agriculture. The event took place at the Tatar Institute for the Retraining of Agribusiness Personnel with the participation of Nikolai Titov, the rector of FGBOU DPO "TIPKA", and became the final stage of professional development of specialists.

Marat Zyabbarov noted that cash revenue in the industry at the end of the year will amount to 132.6 billion rubles (an increase of 16.4 billion rubles by 2019). Production profitability increased by 3%, reaching 12.8%, profit - 13.2 billion rubles. Good growth dynamics were shown by Tetyushsky 139%, Menzelinsky 126%, Drozhzhanovsky 124%, Mamadyshsky 122%, Kukmorsky 121%, Sabinsky 119% districts.

Speaking about crop production, the Minister paid special attention to the tasks for 2021:

Timely and high-quality carrying out of spring field works.

Accumulate 70 kg or more of ai / ha of mineral fertilizers. Support for the purchase of fertilizers will be maintained next year with increasing factors.

Carry out varietal renewal and varietal change. The level of original and elite seeds is 38%.

Provide timely and high-quality plant protection with elements of crop formation management.

The creation of mortar units in each large farm has been taken under special control. There are 147 units, the total need is over 500 units.

Liming of areas, more than 110 thousand hectares.

Produce 45 thousand tons of malting barley (Despina variety) and attract farms to the maximum extent to make contracts with Efes (AB InBev Efes).

Purposefully work on the production of 3 classes of wheat.

As for animal husbandry, Tatarstan occupies a leading place in the Russian Federation: 1st place in milk production, having more than 7% of the total volume in the Russian Federation, 8th place in production of meat for slaughter. Today, in the context of innovative processes taking place in the industry, work on the construction of livestock farms and complexes continues. In 2020, 16 new farms and complexes were commissioned (for 6.4 thousand heads in total). For 2021-2022, it is planned to build another 30 new high-tech dairy complexes for 33 thousand heads.

Technical modernization has also been continued this year. This was facilitated by preferential leasing of Rosagroleasing and the Republican program of technical re-equipment, under which 40% of the cost was subsidized. In 2021, subsidizing the technical modernization will continue according to the "30x70" program.

Deputy Minister Rishat Khabipov spoke about grant support in 2021.

Also during the meeting, support measures for young specialists working in agricultural production were announced:

a one-time payment of 300 thousand rubles - for specialists with higher education, 150 thousand rubles - for specialists with secondary vocational education;

monthly 7.5 thousand rubles payment within one year.

There is also a mechanism for motivated targeted training of personnel in the republic, when a student becomes a scholar of an agricultural enterprise that needs specialists. The enterprise pays a scholarship of 10 thousand rubles to a student studying at a university, and 6 thousand rubles to a college or technical school. The Ministry will reimburse 50% of the costs. To date, more than 150 students study within targeted training agreements.

From 2021, cost recovery for target contracts will be 90%. Also, from 2021, a new support measure will be launched - reimbursement to agricultural producers of 90% of the actual costs incurred related to the wages and accommodation of students involved in industrial practice.

about the results of work in digitalization of the agro-industrial complex:

The Agroonline school was launched to train farmers, including on digitalization.

The service has been launched for the collection of analytical reporting of farms in Atninsky, now it is being launched in Baltasinsky and Kukmorsky districts.

Operational analytical information is displayed in the form of interactive charts on the Agropolia portal.

A service has been created for monitoring of economic activities from space.

A service for beekeepers is in operation, the presentation of which is scheduled for February.

A module for controlling the liming process has been created and tested.

The process of unified identification of animals has been launched.

At the end of the event, Marat Zyabbarov answered questions from students of the training course.
