The peculiarities of corn and sunflower cultivation were discussed in the Alkeevsky district

Today, a seminar-meeting on the cultivation of corn and sunflower was held in the Alkeevsky municipal district on the basis of Vostok Zernoprodukt JSC. It was attended by Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Ildus Gabrakhmanov, Academician of RASKHN Vladimir Sotchenko, First Deputy General Director for Crop Production of JSC "Vostok Zernoprodukt" Tafkil Ismagilov, as well as heads of agricultural Departments, agronomists and engineers of 11 municipal districts.

The guests examined demonstrative crops of 21 sunflower hybrids, 29 corn hybrids. The adjustment of combine harvesters, the course of harvesting corn for grain, as well as the features of winter processing were demonstrated.
