Agrosila's Naberezhnye Chelny elevator plans to accept 176 thousand tons of grain this year, the increase in the planned harvesting volume compared to 2021 is 85 thousand tons. The actual storage capacity of the enterprise is estimated at 96 thousand tons, of which 20 thousand tons - in the elevator itself and 76 thousand tons - in floor warehouses.

The total drying capacity of the Naberezhnye Chelny elevator is 800-900 tons per day, which is provided by 4 drying plants. There are lifting mechanisms for unloading from vehicles with a total capacity of 3,000 tons per day. The production employs 286 people, including 20 seasonal workers who are involved in the acceptance of a new crop as grain processing operators.

The Naberezhnye Chelny elevator, due to its location in a favorable geographical area, has access not only to motor vehicles, but also to railways and waterways. The fairway of the shipping route along the site allows for the loading and unloading of water transport of the river-sea class with a carrying capacity of up to 5-7 thousand tons. In the new season, a 80,000 tons shipment by water transport is planned.

The structure of the elevator also includes 2 feed mills. The factories produce certified products according to a special recipe, which ensures complete feeding of any farm animals and poultry. In 2022, the enterprise plans to produce 310,699 tons of feed.

In July, the modernization of production sites began at the Naberezhnye Chelny elevator. The construction of an acceptance line, a working cleaning tower, drying plants with two operational bunkers for 600 tons each, 10 grain storage silos for 5 thousand tons each is underway. Modernization of the Naberezhnye Chelny elevator is one of the most important points of the holding's investment campaign, which is estimated at 5 billion rubles in total.

Recall that Zainsky Elevator LLC has also prepared for the new season. It is one of the main links in the Agrosila crop processing chain and the largest complex in the Volga region for receiving, storing, cleaning and drying grain of various agricultural crops. This year it plans to accept 205,000 tons of grain and oilseeds.
